Strength Training at Rodeo Yoga meets clients where they are and explores movement in a way that builds a foundation for them to support progressive overload. Strength training tones and sculpts the entire body.
Rodeo Yoga offers Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flows, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Pre/Postnatal Yoga. We are dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all students, regardless of experience or ability level.
We design perinatal prorams that ensure mothers participate in informed movement to prepare for labor & delivery, and postpartum recovery. Our pre and postnatal programs incorporate mindfulness, breath work, and exercises specific to each stage of pregnancy--including the often overlooked fourth trimester.

You don't need one! The beauty of online training is that you can do it from anywhere. Find a comfy spot at home, grab a mat and go to a local park, or set up a space in your office.
100% yes!! I'm actually really good at working with beginners. I have over 15 years of experience in the gym. I've worked with individuals ranging from 6-years-old to 75. Some of the best relationships I've formed with clients are the ones who started with no background in exercise.
Nope! As long as your camera is on during our training sessions, I will be able to offer suggestions and corrections when the need arises. I will teach you through demonstration and very clear verbal instruction. I often iterate directions in multiple ways to ensure you understand me. I check for understanding often... definitely the high school teacher in me.
For yoga classes I recommend a yoga mat, 1-2 yoga blocks, and a yoga strap. Optional yet useful is a yoga blanket.
For personal training I recommend a set of thick fabric resistance bands, a set of rubber resistance bands, a heavy pair of dumbbells, and a light pair of dumbbells.
After you purchase your package, I will reach out to set up a consultation with you. Our initial consultation can be over the phone or through a video chat--whichever you prefer. At that time, we will also book your appointments.
